The project engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects within the manufacturing site to improve processes and productivity. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality specifications. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering project management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
