Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience Budgetary responsibility 0 - $100,000 Tasks Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Cost products and services Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Supervision 3-4 people Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Office Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Repetitive tasks Physically demanding Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Accurate Client focus Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Ability to multitask Employment terms options Early morning Evening Employment terms options Flexible hours Morning Day Weekend Overtime available
