Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Budgetary responsibility $500,001 - $1,500,000 Tasks Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Participate in marketing plans and implementation Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Supervision 16-20 people Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Screening questions Do you have experience working in this field? Exigences
Candidates must have a college or CEGEP education and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure are required.
