The Opportunity Hawk's Agro is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Business Lead – West to lead regional sales performance, team development, and customer growth across our Western Saskatchewan locations, including Gravelbourg, Moose Jaw, Swift Current, and Neville. This leadership role is responsible for executing the regional sales strategy, supporting Location Managers and Sales Representatives, and strengthening relationships with producers and manufacturer partners. The Regional Business Lead ensures regional performance aligns with corporate growth objectives while delivering a consistent, high-quality farm gate experience. Key Responsibilities Regional Leadership Lead execution of the regional growth strategy in alignment with Hawk’s Agro’s leadership team Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Location Managers and Sales Representatives Communicate company vision, strategy, and performance expectations clearly across the region Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and farm gate focus Support staff development, training, and succession planning Sales Performance and Strategy Drive achievement of regional sales targets and profitability goals Collaborate with the management team to align regional activities with overall corporate strategy Work with Procurement Lead on regional forecasting, pricing insights, and planning discussions Support promotional initiatives and product launches in collaboration with Agronomy and Crop Nutrition leadership Strengthen and evolve customer engagement, including digital and e-business initiatives Operational and Strategic Support Partner with Application Services to ensure coordinated scheduling and seamless service delivery Support the continued development and execution of Crop360 services within the region Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs Contribute to regional business planning and continuous improvement initiatives Manufacturer and Partner Relationships Build and maintain strong working relationships with key manufacturer and distribution partners Collaborate with manufacturer representatives on product updates, promotional strategies, and market opportunities Support alignment between regional sales efforts and partner programs Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will possess: Post secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or a related discipline Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in agricultural sales or ag retail leadership Direct experience leading or mentoring sales teams within crop input markets Strong understanding of seed, crop protection, and crop nutrition markets in Saskatchewan Experience driving regional sales targets and managing performance metrics Familiarity with forecasting, pricing strategy, and sales planning processes Experience working with manufacturer and distribution partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region Key Competencies and Attributes The successful Regional Business Lead – West will demonstrate: Results oriented leadership with strong accountability for regional performance Clear and confident communication skills Ability to motivate and coach teams toward shared objectives Strong commercial awareness and customer focus Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capability Adaptability in changing market conditions Strong organizational and prioritization skills High professionalism and alignment with company values Why Join Hawk’s Agro?
