The cook is responsible for the organization, production, and distribution of food and beverages within the facility. They must ensure that food services are delivered effectively to meet the needs of the service recipients.

Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Cook certificate or a Health Care Cook Certificate, along with a Food Safe Certificate. Applicants are also required to provide a valid Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector search.
