We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to help lead our Toronto clinics, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. As the Regional Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with management skills to oversee clinic operations while providing patient care. If you are an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist with leadership experience and a passion for clinical excellence and team development, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on audiology services, including comprehensive testing, counselling, dispensing hearing aids, and continued follow up care. Cultivate relationships with patients, ensuring their hearing needs are met from the initial consultation to the successful resolution. Support the team with guidance on complex clinical cases and mentor team to promote growth. Oversee the daily operations in clinics, balancing clinical care with business goals to ensure optimal outcomes. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by mentoring and developing clinic team. Manage team performance through regular performance management tasks, feedback, and addressing any operational or clinical challenges. Drive business goals by managing budgets, resources, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. What you bring: Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification Licensed by CASLPO/AHIP and ADP Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in audiology, with leadership or clinic management experience Exceptional clinical skills in diagnostic testing, hearing aid dispensing, and patient counseling Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing teams and guiding professional development Excellent problem solving abilities to handle both clinical and operational challenges Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and customer-centric approach to patient care Ability to balance clinical care with clinic management to ensure both patient and business success Why Join Us?
