Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Commis débarrasseur (H/F) pour compléter notre équipe de restauration. Sous l’autorité du supérieur immédiat, le titulaire de l’emploi effectue un ensemble de tâches en lien avec le restaurant CABU du Hilton Québec. RESPONSIBILITIES * Préparer les espaces de restauration avant que les clients ne s’installent * Assister les serveurs dans leur fonction; service à la clientèle, suite et débarrassage * Connaitre parfaitement les items du menu * Assurer la liaison entre la salle à manger et la cuisine * Participer à la mise en place du début de service et au nettoyage de fin de service * Respecter les normes de services à la table * Respect des procédures d’hygiène et salubrité QUALIFICATIONS * Bilingue (français et anglais) * Une expérience dans un poste similaire (considéré comme un atout) * Bonnes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) * Attitude positive * Être en mesure de gérer plusieurs situations de travail différentes en même temps * Engagé à fournir un service client de haut niveau * Flexibilité pour répondre à une gamme de situations de travail différentes * Sens de l’initiative Join an Award-Winning Workplace Culture At Hilton, we don’t just deliver exceptional experiences for our guests—we build an exceptional workplace for the Team Members who make it all possible.
