EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY STARTS WITH YOU The location for this position is virtual/remote (within Canada) This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As a Director, Account Management, you will support HSM's customers in the Canadian market, partnering with HSM's internal teams to help customers further leverage HSM programs and increase their savings. On the Account Management team reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Operations, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, responsible for relationship management, customer success, and year over year growth. What you'll do during a typical day: * Serve as the primary contact for customer's leadership team, ensuring the client's day-to-day needs are met while identifying and executing on key growth opportunities. * Coordinate with the customer's procurement and operations teams to support strategic initiatives through partnership with suppliers and HSM's internal teams. * Be the first point of escalation within HSM for supplier related issues in your market. How you'll collaborate with others: * You will partner with the customer's leadership team to set long term strategic objectives and drive critical initiatives. * You will work with HSM Category Management to identify white space and expand programs and services in your market. * You will work with the HSM Onboarding team to add properties to the HSM program as new customers join HSM or existing customers expand. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: * Promote program participation (i.e., utilization) through reporting, coaching emails, and business reviews for key ownership and management groups. * Be HSM's lead contributor to strategic business reviews with the customer and suppliers. * Increase program growth and adoption in your market by expanding HSM's programs in services in your market.
