Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Reporting to the Front Office Manager, a Lifeguard with Hilton is responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the waterslide and pool and delivering an excellent Guest Experience while ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times. As a Lifeguard, you’re not just ensuring the safety of pool guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. RESPONSIBILITIES Here's what you'll do during a typical day: * Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner * Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices * Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary * Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area * Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing QUALIFICATIONS What are we looking for? • Current CPR and First Aid certification required • Current NLS Certification required • Full availability on weekends and during school breaks • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
