The role requires deep expertise in multiple engineering domains to support critical infrastructure and product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Design and evaluate scalable system architectures to meet evolving business and technical requirements. • Diagnose and resolve high-priority technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime. • Develop and document engineering best practices, standards, and guidelines for cross-team adoption. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or large-scale backend infrastructure. • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or Rust. • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate architectural decisions effectively.
