Cleaners will be assigned to client locations based on availability, location, experience, and service requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and clean assigned areas Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces Follow company cleaning procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and office staff Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or client requests to the appropriate team member Complete assigned cleaning services within the expected timeframe Confirm completion of assigned work as required Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional and respectful attitude Ability to handle physically demanding cleaning tasks Transportation Applicants with their own vehicle are welcome Applicants without a vehicle may also be considered Transportation arrangements will be discussed during the onboarding process Assignments will be matched based on location and transportation availability What We Offer Flexible scheduling Regular job opportunities Long-term employment opportunities Support from our Operations and HR teams No need to find your own clients Residential and commercial cleaning assignments Opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities Requirements Smartphone with reliable internet access Ability to complete required identity and background verification Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting Reliable transportation to assigned locations is preferred Cleaning supplies may be required depending on the assignment Compensation Competitive pay based on the position, experience, and type of assignment Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring and onboarding process How to Apply Submit your application through our hiring form.
