As a Residential Electric Meter Installation Sub Foreperson here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and supervising a team of electric meter installers for residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standard by auditing the work done. In this role, you will report directly to our Foreperson, and you'll work out of our designated location in the residential area of Orillia, Ontario on a full-time, on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful installation of electric meters in residential properties, ensuring accurate readings and efficient energy consumption. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process. The Sub Foreperson will lead and supervise a team of electric meter installers to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant residential installations. They are responsible for providing technical guidance, auditing work, and resolving operational issues in the field.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sub Foreperson role, a Journeyman certificate, and a valid G driver’s license. Strong leadership, technical knowledge of meter installation, and the ability to work in outdoor environments are essential.
