SCOPE OF POSITION Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the helper is responsible for ensuring that the press is properly supplied with materials at the start of each production order and for following the instructions provided by the Press Operator. Given the food industry customers served by Hood Packaging and the risks associated with our manufacturing activities, the incumbent must commit to complying with all quality and safety policies to ensure the continued maintenance of SQF certification. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Familiarity with SQF and HACCP principles. * Proficiency in French, both spoken and written. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promote teamwork. * Honesty, motivation, discipline, energy, and punctuality. * Strong ability to prioritize, with a sense of responsibility and initiative. * Collaborative, available, good judgment, self-motivated, proactive, methodical, organized, and versatile. * Strong problem-solving skills. The helper is responsible for supplying the press with materials at the start of production orders and following instructions from the Press Operator. They must also comply with all quality and safety policies to maintain SQF certification standards.

Candidates should have familiarity with SQF and HACCP principles and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in French and a commitment to safety and quality standards are required.
