What We’re Looking For Our Community Branch Network Division is seeking a client-focused Part-time Insurance Advisor. The ideal candidate will have availability Saturdays and Mondays. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Responsibilities: Providing ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships Assisting in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and completing other tasks as assigned Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto Sales production Committing to remaining connected to HUB International in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of HUB Interpreting and ensuring that insurer (ICBC, Family, etc.) and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed Handling any customer complaints appropriately Ensuring control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds Continuing professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications Level 1 General Insurance License mandatory 6 months+ Auto Insurance experience Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Sales initiative and drive Must have use of own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations (mileage reimbursement provided) Exceptional customer service skills Where This Can Take You We invest in our employees! The expected salary range for this position is $19.17 - $25.00, 16 to 20 hours/week (PT) and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
