They will also coordinate onboarding activities and develop strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational needs. Candidates must hold a university degree in human resources and possess over 8 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent management. Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors and perfect bilingualism in French and English are essential.
