The engineer will design, develop, and validate ultra-short pulse fiber lasers and high-performance electro-optical subsystems. They will also manage laboratory testing, ensure production compatibility, and document technical specifications for new product development. Candidates must hold a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in physical engineering, electrical engineering, or applied physics. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber laser development and hands-on laboratory work is required.
