IO’s Loan Program is established to provide low-cost construction and long-term financing to certain eligible borrower sectors. Currently, the outstanding loan value of IO’s loan program is about $6.5 Billion, and supports billions in project value across the province of Ontario. The bulk of IO’s loan portfolio consists of loans to municipalities across Ontario.
