The supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of wind turbines and balance of plant (BOP) facilities to ensure safety and performance. They will oversee technical teams, manage contractor services, and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Candidates must possess a college diploma or undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in power generation. Strong supervisory skills, technical knowledge of wind energy systems, and a valid driver's license are required.
