Fulltime Permanent Onsite 5x per week with flexibility in Vancouver Pay: $140K-160K annually Relocation will be paid for Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Corporate Recovery & Restructuring to join a leading Canadian professional services firm. This individual will work with lenders, creditors, shareholders, and financially distressed businesses to deliver restructuring, insolvency, and turnaround solutions. The successful candidate will manage corporate insolvency engagements from initiation through completion, including bankruptcies, proposals, liquidations, receiverships, and business restructurings. They will analyze financial information, review accounting records, develop cash flow forecasts and financial models, and provide recommendations to clients navigating complex financial situations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing stakeholder relationships with lenders, insolvency lawyers, executives, and investors. The Manager will also oversee project planning, budgeting, staff development, and contribute to business development activities through networking and proposal preparation. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of corporate insolvency and/or restructuring experience Experience managing corporate insolvency engagements from start to finish Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) Experience reviewing financial statements, accounting records, and financial models Experience advising businesses, lenders, creditors, or shareholders through restructuring or insolvency processes Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills Previous experience leading or mentoring junior team members Nice to Have Skills & Experience Currently pursuing or completed Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) designation
