The Opportunity Our Inside Sales Associates are often the first person a customer sees when they walk through our doors or the first voice they hear when they call. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive experience for every customer. This is a retail position with a clinical focus. Many of our team members come from healthcare backgrounds such as care aides, nurses and rehabilitation professionals, but previous medical experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our products, equipment and fittings, including compression fitting certification. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. What Makes This Role Different? Your Responsibilities Welcome customers in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner Listen carefully to customers and help determine what products or solutions best meet their needs Provide knowledgeable, personalized service in a retail environment Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, healthcare professionals and teammates Learn and stay current on rehabilitation, mobility and home healthcare products Assist with product fittings and provide guidance on the appropriate use of equipment Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being comfortable taking initiative independently Maintain an enthusiastic, friendly and professional approach throughout the customer experience Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment Requirements What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with people A strong communicator and active listener Reliable, organized and able to work independently A positive team player who is willing to learn Comfortable learning new products, equipment and procedures Professional and confident in a customer-facing environment

The Inside Sales Associate welcomes customers and provides personalized, compassionate service to help them select appropriate medical and rehabilitation products. They are responsible for assisting with product fittings, maintaining a clean retail environment, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.

Candidates should be compassionate, friendly, and possess strong communication and active listening skills. While previous medical experience is not required, the ability to learn new products and procedures in a professional, customer-facing environment is essential.
