About the Role We are looking for a creative, motivated and curious co-op student to join our marketing team for the Fall or Fall/Winter 2026 term. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production and other teams, giving you broad exposure to how a global technology company brings highly technical products to market. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a strong portfolio, develop practical marketing skills, contribute ideas and see their work make a real impact. Occasional travel to industry trade shows may be required. Job Title: Technical Marketing Associate, Co-op Location: Halton Hills, Ontario Term: Fall 2026, Fall/Winter 2026-2027 Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site Compensation: $30.00 per hour Position Status: This posting is for an existing Fall 2026 co-op vacancy. Reports to: Marketing Manager What You’ll Do Create, schedule and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels Support email marketing campaigns, including content development, distribution and performance tracking Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs and new opportunities Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and trade shows Design presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, flyers and other marketing materials Develop and publish digital content that supports Intlvac’s brand and marketing strategy Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and content Maintain CRM records, marketing databases and mailing lists Contribute to website projects and work with developers and designers to turn creative concepts into functional, user-friendly digital experiences Explore new technologies, platforms and tools that can improve how we create, market and communicate What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, sciences or related program at a recognized institution Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro A creative mindset and an interest in science, technology and advanced manufacturing Familiarity with development tools implementing front-end code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS frameworks A natural proficiency and interest in design, branding, and content creation A self-starter who is comfortable exploring new ideas, experimenting and taking initiative Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities If you want to start your marketing career with meaningful, hands-on experience and gain exposure to industries such as semiconductors, quantum technology, advanced materials, immersive technology and space, we’d love to hear from you.
