Our client, who specialize in biometric technology identification using face recognition and temperature detection to enhance security, health, and productivity for businesses, is currently looking for an Inventory Associate to join their growing team. Reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Lead, you will support the day-to-day execution of receiving, inventory control, material kitting, production replenishment, shipping, and warehouse operations. Working closely with Production, Purchasing, and Quality, you will help ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently through our manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Receive incoming materials, confirm shipments match purchase orders and packing slips, and inspect shipments for visible damage and completeness Label received materials and place them in the appropriate inventory storage locations Process receiving and inventory transactions accurately and promptly within the ERP system Assemble manufacturing kits based on production schedules and work orders Supply production workstations with the required materials and restock production floor inventory locations as needed Return unused materials to inventory in accordance with established procedures Conduct daily cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and assist with annual physical inventory activities Maintain FIFO inventory practices and ensure material traceability Prepare finished products for shipment, package products in compliance with company standards and customer specifications, and create shipping labels and supporting documentation Coordinate daily outbound shipments with courier and freight service providers Keep inventory storage areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently while supporting 5S initiatives and warehouse housekeeping Support stock relocation projects and warehouse layout optimization efforts Assist the Inventory & Logistics Lead with initiatives to improve inventory accuracy Participate in warehouse process improvement projects and ERP system enhancements Perform duties in a warehouse and electronics manufacturing environment while following safety and ESD protocols Regularly move throughout warehouse and production areas, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Handle, transport, and organize inventory, raw materials, and finished goods each day Safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. (18 kg) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE College diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline preferred 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or logistics role Experience using ERP/MRP systems is preferred Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment role is an asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills All Qualified candidates will be contacted.
