Business System Analyst - Intelligent Document Processing

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility. The candidate will act as a key liaison between business, technology, architecture, development, QA, and external partners to analyze document-intensive processes and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements Top 3 Required Skills Kofax TotalAgility / Tungsten TotalAgility: Workflows, capture/ingestion, OCR, classification, extraction, validation queues, business rules, platform integrations, environment migration, and production support. Intelligent Document Processing: Document digitization, OCR, image processing, document classification, field extraction, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop validation, metadata, reconciliation, and exception handling. Technical Business Analysis: Requirements elicitation, BRDs, process models, business rules, functional/non-functional requirements, data mappings, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Analyze and optimize document digitization, OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and exception-handling processes. Support TotalAgility workflow configuration, testing, integrations, upgrades, migration, and production readiness. Define data mappings, metadata, APIs, file layouts, secure file transfers, reconciliation, logging, and monitoring requirements. Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, deployment, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. Collaborate with business, architecture, development, QA, data integration, security, infrastructure, and external partners. Mandatory Experience 8+ years overall experience. 3+ years of Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility 7.x, 8.x or Strong IDP + Technical Business Analysis experience.

The candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for document-intensive processes. They will optimize IDP workflows, support TotalAgility configurations, and oversee testing and deployment activities.

Requires over 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years specifically with Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility or strong IDP and technical business analysis expertise. Proficiency in requirements gathering, data mapping, and the full software development lifecycle is essential.
