Perks and Benefits Competitive wages, plus tips Paid Professional Development (WSET, Prud Homme, Whiskey/Gin Ambassador & Leadership courses) Monthly tasting allowance A generous staff discount Onboarding and training program Product Knowledge seminars with tasting kits Medical Benefits The Ideal Candidate: You have polished customer service skills and interest in our products, specifically wine or craft beer, but also cider and spirits You enjoy helping others and building relationships with our guests You have retail or customer service experience You have a desire to learn new things continually You can lift 50lbs safely You have evening and weekend availability Some of what you will do in this job: Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions where appropriate Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor Educate guests about the product and what’s behind each bottle Maintain overall presentation of the store Process orders at the till, ensuring that each guest has an excellent in-store experience Complete warehouse duties (stocking shelves, stacking pallets, reorganizing the warehouse area, etc.) It is our goal to build teams with unique and diverse perspectives to promote inclusivity within our teams, guests and communities.
