Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Mississauga, ON. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other fine jewelry pieces, providing knowledgeable guidance on product features, quality, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and completing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves handling inquiries about silver and gold bullion, maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels on the sales floor, and ensuring a clean, secure, and welcoming store environment. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and uphold excellent customer service standards. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Knowledge or interest in luxury jewelry, including gold, diamonds, and other precious metals, as well as basic understanding of bullion products. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features, pricing, and care instructions clearly and professionally. Attention to detail, accuracy in handling cash and point-of-sale systems, and reliability in maintaining records and documentation. Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, including weekends and peak retail hours, and to stand for extended periods. Basic math and analytical skills for pricing, discounts, and inventory-related tasks. Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is an asset; training will be provided for candidates with strong potential. Integrity, discretion, and commitment to security protocols when handling high-value items.

The salesperson assists customers in selecting luxury gold and diamond jewelry and bullion while providing expert guidance on product quality and pricing. They are also responsible for managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a secure store environment.
