Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, and Cloud Architects. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, test, and debug full stack applications Build scalable, high-performance cloud-native web applications Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end interfaces Ensure responsive and accessible UI implementation (WCAG/AODA compliance) Work with relational and NoSQL databases Architecture & Design Design and implement solution architecture Create UML models and technical design documentation Translate business requirements into technical specifications Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and performance Collaboration & Agile Delivery Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos) Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery Contribute to development estimates and technical decisions Testing & Quality Assurance Support unit testing, automation testing, and regression testing Participate in QA activities including performance, security, and accessibility testing Assist in defect management and resolution DevOps & Deployment Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance Work with Git-based source control and branching strategies Assist in deployment and release management Support & Maintenance Provide production support (troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements) Develop operational and release documentation Support knowledge transfer and post-implementation activities Requirements Must-Have Skills Technical Skills Entity Framework or similar ORM tools REST API development React and Next.js JavaScript & TypeScript Node.js SQL and relational databases Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards Nice-to-Have Skills Azure Cloud (PaaS, Azure SQL) Microservices & container-based architecture Spring Boot / Java-based backend development Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest, Karma, Jasmine) Test automation tools (e.g., Playwright) CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git) JSON, Web APIs, and responsive UI development Experience Requirements Microsoft/Azure Development & QA Strong experience in full stack development using modern frameworks Experience with API-driven and cloud-based architectures Agile Delivery Hands-on experience working in Scrum teams Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control Business Analysis Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Work Environment Onsite role Collaborative Agile team structure Focus on enterprise-level, cloud-native application development
