You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to: * Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own * Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels * Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members.
