The Continuing Care Assistant provides direct patient care within the East Wing of the Sunset Special Care Home. Responsibilities include working independently to support the nursing unit and ensuring quality, patient-centred services.

Exigences

Applicants must hold a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidates are also required to provide a valid Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector search.
