Ce que vous ferez

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients through a combination of in-office visits and virtual care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and a rehab team, to manage patient panels and longitudinal care.

Candidates must be a qualified Physician or Nurse Practitioner. The role requires the ability to work in a collaborative environment using MYLE EMR for patient management.
