Ce que vous ferez

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients through a mix of in-office visits and virtual care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and rehab staff, to manage patient panels and longitudinal health.

Exigences

Must be a qualified Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Ability to work a hybrid schedule in New Westminster and utilize EMR systems for patient management.
