Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. Complete general building maintenance. Install and replace floors, tiles and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building Your vibe and experience You are trustworthy and have trust in others. You’re a curious mind.
