Insurance Advisor (Remote - AB) As an Insurance Advisor you are responsible for achieving sales targets through organic growth from existing book of business, while delivering exceptional service and supporting long-term client retention. Success in this role comes from building trust, identifying opportunities to better protect our clients, and developing lasting relationships that create value for both our customers and Western. Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like Build and strengthen relationships within an existing book of business through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and account growth. Provide quotes and recommend insurance solutions through phone, email, and virtual interactions. Assist customers with their home and auto insurance needs while delivering a seamless client experience. Execute retention strategies through timely renewal reviews and customer follow-up. Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within company systems. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right solutions and exceptional customer outcomes. The value you bring General Level 2 Insurance License required Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally over the phone, and through email Proven success achieving sales and retention targets in a similar or comparable role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Working experience in EPIC an asset Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment Role Details Hours: Full time permanent – 37.5 hours/ week Location: Remote in Alberta (Canada) Salary Range: $51,000 - $70,000 Current vacancy: Yes Requisition #: 83115 Why Western?
