About the Role This full-time position involves treating a wide range of athletes and active clients, from post-surgical rehab to peak performance support. It’s perfect for someone looking to grow in a forward-thinking environment with long-term leadership potential. Flexible Schedule Options: Condensed Week: Work full-time hours Monday to Thursday and enjoy a long weekend every week. Five-Day Option: Spread your hours across Monday to Friday, with Friday shifts based in Markham. What You’ll Do Provide personalized, one-on-one client care—no PTAs or aides. Use advanced treatment techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, and acupuncture. Incorporate movement analysis and performance tech into your treatment approach. Collaborate with a high-performing interdisciplinary team. Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, coaches, sports organizations, and agents. Stay engaged in ongoing professional development and clinical innovation. Qualifications Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists. Strong interest in sports and high-performance rehab. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to adopt and leverage clinical technology. Experience in concussion management is a strong asset.
