As a Quality Coordinator, you will support large-scale civil and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. In this role, you will help ensure the successful implementation of project quality requirements through organized documentation, inspections, and quality assurance processes that contribute to efficient project delivery. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the assessment of every aspect of your projects, from workmanship and construction activities to materials and testing requirements. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the successful delivery of exceptional results that exceed project expectations. What you will do Prepare and ensure the implementation of the quality plan; Manage and verify compliance of submitted shop drawings and other technical documents; Review the execution procedures required for the project and follow up on the methods proposed by the subcontractors; Coordinate inspections with the various stakeholders required , and this, independently in accordance with the ITP; Verify the application of technical changes transmitted by the professionals; Write and follow up on non conformities and corrective actions; Propose, in collaboration with the Superintendent and subcontractors , solutions to non-conformities raised or problems encountered; Ensure, following the detection of a problem , that the operations carried out are controlled until the problem is completely resolved; Compile and interpret data and statistics on non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions; Supervise the recording of deficiencies , Ensure the maintenance of as-built drawings of the project. Prepare and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management Plan This role could be for you if you have +2 yrs of Previous experience with construction quality management. Work autonomously with adaptability, take initiative when guidance is unclear, and receive minimal supervision Additional Assets Include You’ve worked on a variety of large-scale government projects. Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
