Job Description Install, service and repair security alarm systems, CCTV, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems Work order preparation, scheduling coordination with customer Troubleshoot security/alarm system to determine faults, functionality and solutions Communicate with customers on progress, updates and resolving customer's concerns Qualifications 5 to 10+ years experience in Commercial/Industrial security alarm, CCTV equipment, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems Experience with testing, repair, installation, troubleshooting and fault testing etc Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Able to work independently or in a team Must have experience in customer facing/customer service Why Is This a Great Opportunity Currently we are seeking a Security Service Technician to repair, maintain and install electronic alarm, PA, intercom, CCTV and security systems. Exigences
