Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors Toronto | Design-Driven General Contractor I’m currently working with a highly respected, design-driven mid-sized General Contractor in Toronto, known for delivering high-quality commercial interiors, institutional, architectural and custom projects. The company has a strong architectural and design foundation, working closely with leading architects, designers, consultants and clients to deliver complex projects from concept through construction. We are looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with: Required: Architectural background — architecture degree, architectural experience, or significant experience working within an architectural/design environment Strong ICI interiors / commercial construction experience Strong design coordination and understanding of design development Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews Strong consultant and design-team coordination skills Experience managing projects through pre-construction and construction Solid Construction Management experience Strong client, consultant, subcontractor and design-team communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality design This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands both design and construction and enjoys working at the intersection of architecture, design and project delivery.

Ce que vous ferez

Manage complex commercial interior and institutional projects from the concept phase through to final construction. Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Exigences

Requires an architectural background or degree and significant experience in ICI commercial construction. Must possess strong skills in design coordination, value engineering, and construction management.
