The Role As part of the Yard Crew team, you will work a continental shift, the hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and report to the Yard Crew Manager. Primary duties of this role include, but are not limited to: * Shoveling / Chopping ice * Loading / Offloading ice * Scanning * Cleaning yard, shoveling snow and pallet repairs * Pallet repairs * WWTP Coverage * Trailer Wash Coverage * Guard Shack Coverage The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: * Strong focus to detail * Excellent communication skills & teamwork * Flexible working hours. * Works well in a high demanding, deadline driven environment * Forklift and Manitou license would be an asset, however training is provided. * Driver’s license. * Adhere to and promote all QA and Health and Safety regulations * Respectful to others and follow company policies and rules *Positions offer full-time year round employment, competitive rates and a competitive benefits package which includes health and dental as well as a company matched pension.
