ServiceNow Technical Architect

Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, platform architecture, advisory, and implementation guidance. The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, design scalable solutions, lead upgrades and integrations, and act as the technical liaison between the client and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Define ServiceNow technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps. Provide platform/product SME guidance and technical advisory to clients and development teams. Maintain platform stability, performance, security, and usability across environments. Lead ServiceNow upgrades, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue remediation. Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, security, and platform administration. Translate business and technical requirements into high-level architecture and design documents. Design and oversee ServiceNow integrations and system interfaces. Provide configuration guidance and technical support to developers. Engage with business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise objectives. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and design documents. Participate in client meetings and serve as the technical bridge between the client and delivery teams. Required Skills: 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong Technical Architecture expertise. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, security, integrations, and upgrades. Experience with technical design, solution architecture, and enterprise implementations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

The role involves defining ServiceNow technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring platform stability and security. The architect will lead upgrades, manage integrations, and act as the technical liaison between clients and delivery teams.

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience, including at least 8 years specifically with ServiceNow technical architecture. Strong expertise in platform administration, security, and enterprise-level implementations is required.
