Banquet Server / Bartender

Job Title: Banquet Server / Bartender (Full Time/ Part Time) Located in Milton, The Royal Ontario Golf Club has serene ponds, majestic trees, and diverse fairway and green sizes. What You’ll Do: * Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service * Deliver meals to the guests. * Be prepared to cover other areas: glasswasher, cashier. * Cooperate with all staff to ensure excellent customer experience. * Maintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service area. * Assist in bussing of tables after functions. * Lift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safely. * Set-up, maintain and breakdown banquet/meeting rooms. * Follow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet/meeting requirements. * Report needed repairs of unsafe equipment and or conditions. * Follow banquet policies, procedures, and service standards. * Follow all safety and sanitation policies. * Other duties as assigned. The banquet server/bartender is responsible for providing professional service, delivering meals, and maintaining the cleanliness of banquet rooms and service areas. They must also assist with the setup, breakdown, and physical movement of event furniture while following safety and sanitation policies.

Candidates are required to hold a valid Smart Serve certification. One year of experience in both serving and bartending is preferred.
