Job Overview: Brand Manager Cold Warehouse Direct Portfolio At KDP, our Brand Managers are leaders who have challenger mindsets. They put the consumer at the heart of everything they do, and they lead with a General Management approach. In this role, you will: Define and deploy the brand vision, value proposition, and growth strategy to deliver short- and long-term business objectives. Translate brand strategy into actionable commercial plans that drive sustained brand health and business performance. Lead brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and consumer communications by leveraging market research, consumer insights, and category trends. Own the creative development process across all channels to deliver compelling and effective marketing programs. Develop and execute annual marketing plans, managing agency partners and leading integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and shopper marketing touchpoints. Drive the innovation agenda for your portfolio from insight generation and opportunity identification through concept development, commercialization, and post-launch optimization. Leverage consumer, shopper, retailer, category, and competitive insights to identify and validate growth opportunities. Build and lead strong relationships with external agency and strategic partners while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Regulatory, and Finance teams to successfully bring strategies and initiatives to market. Manage the portfolio's marketing investment and P&L with accountability for delivering revenue and profit targets. Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through analytics and continuously optimize plans to maximize business results. Total Rewards: CAD $95,300.00 - $115,500 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA considered an asset. 5+ years of brand marketing, brand management, or related commercial experience, preferably within CPG/FMCG or beverage categories. Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies grounded in consumer insights, market data, category trends, and competitive dynamics. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities, with a track record of driving business results. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage agency and external partners. Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Nielsen or other syndicated data sources is considered an asset. Based in Mississauga with up to 15% travel required.
