Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Assistant Superintendent to provide regular or constant crew direction, coaching and feedback. Provide input as needed to Superintendent charged with performance management and annual reviews. Intention to move into Superintendent role on smaller tenant improvement or low dollar value jobs with full performance management responsibilities. The salary range for this position is $89,936 - $134,905 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience. The Assistant Superintendent provides crew direction, coaching, and site management while ensuring safety and documentation standards are met. They also provide input on performance management and prepare for future responsibilities as a Superintendent.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a foreperson role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. A Red Seal Carpentry qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
