What you will do As a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant in our ServiceNow practice, you will use your strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team. You’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by: Create relationships with the client business teams to understand their business. Collect, review, analyze, and manage business, user and system requirements from client stakeholders to create clear, concise, and correct user stories. Bridge the gap between business and technology ensuring common understanding and alignment of business / technology including functional (for business needs) and non-functional requirements (quality attributes, scalability, interfaces, constraints, etc.) Create, refine, and maintain functional requirements/user stories/use cases and associated deliverables – process flows, test cases, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs. Manage and / or execute the UAT process by performing smoke testing, test case validation, and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments. Participating in work teams with stakeholders in IT, Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, and other business practice groups from an application development life cycle perspective. Commit to the continuous improvement, and learning development of ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology. What you bring to the role Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines Strong process flow and diagramming skills Proficiency in capturing and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios/scripts, data models and business procedures Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills Ideally fluent in ServiceNow or Service Management technology Experience creating and delivering training materials Strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $77,000 to $102,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
