Position Summary The Private Client Services (PCS) Account Manager plays a key role in managing a diverse portfolio and works closely with a collaborative team of professionals, including producers and insurance partners. You will handle renewals, process endorsements, assess risk exposures, and provide expert insurance advice to our valued clients. Position type: Full-time, permanent Role status: New Location: Toronto Knowledge, Skills and Requirements: Licensing & Education Active RIBO license in good standing (required) Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, etc., considered an asset Industry Experience 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with preference of experience in servicing high-value homes and automobiles Familiar with insurers such as Chubb, Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige (GCNA), Northbridge Onyx, or Pure Insurance is considered an asset Experience with EPIC is considered an asset Technical & Analytical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proven ability to identify coverage needs and round-out accounts effectively Interpersonal Skills Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Demonstrated sales ability and client relationship-building skills Team player with a strong work ethic Committed to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients Compensation Range: $65,000 to $115,000 Compensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. It includes variable commissions and potential performance-based bonus.
