Role Description This is a remote, contract Sales Professional role with Lafont Paris. The Sales Professional will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with optical retailers, boutiques, and key accounts, presenting Lafont Paris collections, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, scheduling and conducting in-person sales appointments, managing order pipelines, and providing product education and styling guidance to customers. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams on promotions and launches, and representing the brand at industry events or trade shows as needed. The Sales Professional is expected to uphold Lafont Paris’ brand standards, deliver excellent customer service, and consistently seek opportunities to expand market presence. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience in wholesale, retail, or fashion/eyewear sales, with an understanding of luxury or premium brand positioning. Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple client needs and deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to conduct effective product demonstrations and brand storytelling. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to track prospects, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance. Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in order processing and follow-up. Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and brand events, as business needs require. Previous experience in the optical industry or familiarity with eyewear products is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with inclusive, non-discriminatory business practices. Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, fashion, or a related field is preferred but not required.
