Vous faites preuve d’innovation pour mettre en place des mesures qui permettront d’atteindre les objectifs à court et à long terme. Vous favorisez une culture propice à l’engagement au moyen d’une gestion efficace des employés. Vous maintenez les normes d'assurance qualité avec votre équipe par la validation, l'audit et les processus établis. Vous gérez et améliorez efficacement les budgets ainsi que les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Vous comprenez et assumez différents postes techniques, selon les besoins. Une vue claire de vos atouts Vous faites preuve d'un sens aigu des affaires et de capacités de réflexion stratégique. Vous êtes un leader naturel, sachant persuader et mobiliser votre équipe autour de votre vision et de la réalisation des objectifs. Vous avez une expérience en développement des affaires, en gestion de projet et en vente. Votre formation universitaire en gestion ou administration des affaires (ou dans un domaine connexe) est considérée comme un atout. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la technologie et Microsoft 365 (la connaissance des systèmes de DME est un atout). Vous êtes organisé, autodiscipliné et possédez d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion des priorités, de gestion du temps et de résolution des problèmes.
