This role sits within Laurentian Bank. Under the supervision of the Director, Customer Experience, the Coordinator supports Account Managers in managing multi-residential real estate financing files. The incumbent is responsible for the administrative coordination of financing files, the preparation and follow-up of documentation, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. They contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience throughout the lifecycle of financing files. CONTRACT Responsibilities Client and Business Team Support Provide administrative follow-up on multi-residential financing files. Prepare, review, and submit the documentation required to process financing requests. Conduct follow-ups with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of their portfolios. Assist in resolving administrative or operational issues related to financing files. Document Management and Compliance Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client files. Participate in periodic file updates and regulatory compliance activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant file processing. Continuous Improvement Participate in optimizing administrative and operational processes. Contribute to various projects related to real estate financing, compliance, or client experience. Perform any other related duties that support the effective functioning of the team. Qualifications College diploma (DEC) or university degree in administration, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field. Knowledge of multi-unit residential real estate financing (an asset). Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong customer service orientation. Good proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
