Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in “ready-to-work” condition. Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders. Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental. Why join Leppo? Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of compact construction equipment. Maintain the rental fleet in ready-to-work condition and manage detailed repair records.

Experience in repairing and servicing compact construction equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators is required. Candidates must have a customer-first attitude and the ability to troubleshoot machines efficiently.
