Le(a) directeur en certification travaille sous la direction audit et certification et en collaboration avec les équipes de professionnels, contribue à déceler les besoins des clients et les possibilités d’offrir de nouveaux services. En certification vous allez : Planifier et coordonner la réalisation des travaux d‘audit. Assister les professionnels en les guidant au besoin dans la réalisation des livrables. Collaborer au maintien et contrôle des standards de la qualité. Maintenir les communications et donner de la rétroaction. En supervision vous allez : Être la personne-ressource Gérer, former et évaluer la qualité de collaborations aux mandats Détecter les solutions créatrices Rendre et expliquer les notes de révision Vous, avez ou êtes : Détenteur du titre CPA Auditeur (CA, CGA) combiné à 5-7 ans d’expérience en certification. Des connaissances approfondies des normes d’information financière et de certification et en fiscalité. Une bonne communication en français et en anglais. Une très bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office et autres logiciels spécialisés, dont Caseware. Une bonne capacité à la résolution de problèmes et esprit d’analyse. Faites preuve de discernement et une qualité de jugement. Reporting to the Audit and Assurance leadership team, the Manager, Assurance works closely with professional staff to identify client needs and contribute to the development of new service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assurance Plan, coordinate, and oversee the completion of audit, review, and compilation engagements. Support and mentor professionals in the execution of their mandates and deliverables. Participate in maintaining and monitoring professional quality standards. Foster effective communication with clients and team members. Provide constructive feedback and support professional development. Team Leadership and Supervision Act as a key resource person for the team. Coach, train, and evaluate the quality of work performed on engagements. Identify and implement creative and effective solutions to challenges encountered. Review working papers and communicate review notes clearly to team members. Qualifications You posses a CPA Auditor designation. 5 to 7 years of experience in assurance within a public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, assurance standards, and taxation principles. Excellent French and English communication, both oral and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and specialized software, including CaseWare. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Sound professional judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility. Exigences
