Coordinate and provide administrative support for insurance placements, renewals, policy documentation, and communication among brokers, client service teams, and insurers. Maintain and analyze placement data, spreadsheets, reports, and outstanding items to support broker decision-making and timely, accurate service.

Develop and document repeatable brokerage and client-service workflows, improve insurance marketing and placement processes, and establish standards for accurate, single-entry data. Build practical Microsoft 365 and Applied Epic automations, reports, and tools; evaluate potential solutions; and train colleagues while supporting adoption and continuous improvement.

Provide technical, administrative, and operational support to account managers, brokers, and client service teams handling complex commercial insurance programs. Maintain client and policy records, support submissions and renewals, prepare and verify insurance documents, process policy and premium transactions, and coordinate with insurers and internal teams to deliver accurate work on time.
