The dispatcher is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations including deliveries, pickups, and service calls. They must optimize resource utilization and maintain clear communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer tools and TMS systems is required, with knowledge of Geotab considered an asset.
